CritAI is a product-feedback tool. By using it, you agree to test responsibly, respect other people’s systems and data, and use the findings as guidance rather than a guarantee.
Permission to test
You may only submit a site or product that you own, control, or have explicit permission to evaluate. You are responsible for the URLs, credentials, instructions, and other material you provide.
Acceptable use
Do not use CritAI to gain unauthorized access, disrupt a service, collect personal information, bypass security controls, test illegal content, or violate another person’s rights. Do not attempt to overload or reverse engineer CritAI.
Your content
You keep ownership of material you submit. You give CritAI the limited permission needed to visit the submitted product, process session evidence, generate a report, save it to your workspace, and make it available to people you choose to share it with.
Reports and recommendations
CritAI can make mistakes or miss context. Reports are informational product feedback, not professional advice or a promise of performance, conversion, accessibility, compliance, or security. Review important findings before acting on them.
Availability
The service may change, pause, or stop, particularly while it is in an early stage. We may limit or end access when needed for safety, capacity, legal compliance, or violations of these terms.
Disclaimers and responsibility
CritAI is provided as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for how you use the service and its output. To the extent permitted by law, CritAI’s project team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from that use.
