CritAI needs enough information to run a critique and show you the evidence. We do not sell personal information or use your submitted URLs to advertise to you.
Information we collect
We may collect account details, the URLs and critique settings you submit, screenshots and actions created during a critique, saved report conversations, and basic technical information such as browser type, device category, and timestamps.
How we use it
We use this information to run and save critiques, generate evidence-backed reports, operate account history, secure the service, diagnose failures, and understand which parts of CritAI need improvement.
Processing and service providers
Critique content may be processed by AI, hosting, browser automation, database, and analytics providers that help us deliver the service. They receive only the information needed to perform those functions and handle it under their own contractual and security obligations.
What not to submit
Only evaluate products you own or have permission to test. Do not enter production credentials, payment information, health data, private customer records, or other sensitive information into a product while CritAI is observing the session.
Retention and control
We keep critique and account data while it is needed to provide your workspace and operate the service. You may ask the project team to remove your account or associated critique data through the same channel where you received access to CritAI.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. We may update this notice as CritAI changes; the effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect.
